The Viral Trees Academy was not built by educators who decided to teach marketing. It was built by a working agency that got tired of hiring people who had certificates and couldn't run a campaign.
We started the
academy out of
frustration.
In 2020 we started The Viral Trees out of a small office in Rohini with a simple idea: make every marketing rupee count and show clients exactly where it went. Six years later we've scaled 250+ brands across Delhi NCR — banquets and wedding venues, hotels, real estate, retail and D2C.
Growing an agency means hiring. And hiring in this industry is genuinely painful. We would interview candidates with certificates from well-known institutes who had never once been alone in an ad account with real budget. They knew the definitions. They could not make a decision.
So we started training our own hires the way you'd train an apprentice — learn it, watch it done, do it under supervision, then own it. It worked far better than anything they'd paid for. Eventually somebody asked whether they could pay to join, and the academy existed.
That origin explains everything unusual about how we run it: eight seats instead of sixty, live client accounts instead of demo dashboards, mentors who still have accounts of their own, and a refund guarantee that would be terrifying if we weren't confident.
We are not in the business of selling courses. We are an agency that trains people, and a few of the best ones we keep.

That's the rule, and it's not negotiable. The day a mentor stops managing live client budget is the day they stop taking sessions — because marketing advice goes stale in about six months and there is no honest way to teach a platform you haven't logged into since it changed.

We have turned away paying students rather than add a ninth chair. Batch size is the whole product — the moment it grows, individual review stops being possible and we become everyone else.
If you don't practise, you don't teach.
Every mentor manages live client budget. No full-time trainers, no guest faculty reading someone else's deck.
We don't promise jobs.
We promise training, real experience, preparation and support. Employers make hiring decisions and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something.
Client data stays confidential.
You learn inside real accounts under supervision and within what our client agreements allow. Nothing leaves the building. The same protection applies to your work when you're the client one day.
Anyone can walk after three classes with all their money.

The academy runs out of the agency's own office in Rohini West — the same floor, the same desks, the same people taking client calls in the next room. There is no separate "campus", and that is deliberate.
Come and see it before you decide. Sit in on a live session, meet a current batch, ask them what they think without us in the room. We'll arrange it.
