1. Who these terms are with

These terms govern enrolment in programs offered by The Viral Trees Academy, the training division of The Viral Trees, 611, 6th Floor, Kings Mall, Rohini West, Sector-10, New Delhi ("the Academy", "we").

2. Enrolment and seats

Batches are capped at eight students. A seat is confirmed only on receipt of the agreed fee or first instalment, and seats are allocated in order of confirmation. We reserve the right to decline an application, and to reschedule or cancel a batch — in which case section 7 of our refund policy applies.

3. Fees

Fees for each program are communicated directly to the student before enrolment and are set out in the enrolment confirmation. Where EMI or third-party finance is used, the terms of the finance provider apply in addition to these terms.

4. Refunds

Our three-session, no-questions-asked refund guarantee and the conditions attaching to it are set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Access to client accounts and confidentiality

Students are given supervised access to live client advertising accounts as part of the training, within the limits permitted by our agreements with those clients. Students must not copy, export, publish or disclose client data, campaign data, creative assets or commercial information encountered during the program, and must not use any access granted for any purpose other than the assigned training work.

Access may be varied or withdrawn at any time to protect client confidentiality. Where student work is displayed publicly, client-identifying and commercially sensitive information is removed or obscured.

6. Course materials

Curriculum materials, templates, standard operating procedures and recordings are provided for the student's personal learning and professional use. They may not be resold, republished, distributed or used to deliver competing training.

7. Attendance and conduct

Given the eight-seat format, consistent attendance and completion of assigned work is expected. We may, after discussion with the student, withdraw a student for sustained non-participation or for conduct that materially affects other students, our team or our clients. Withdrawal on these grounds does not create a right to a refund outside the guarantee window.

8. Internship

The internship forming part of the 6-month program is a training placement within The Viral Trees. It is not an offer of employment and creates no expectation of an employment relationship. Assignment of accounts and tasks is at the discretion of the supervising team.

9. No guarantee of employment or earnings

We provide training, experience, preparation and placement support. We do not guarantee employment, a specific salary, freelance income or any commercial outcome, and any salary ranges shown on this website are market observations shared for orientation only.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
