A guarantee with vague wording is a trap. So here is exactly how it works, in the same words we'd use on the phone.
When you can claim it
Any time up to the end of your third scheduled session of the program you enrolled in. That's the window. It applies to both the 3-month and the 6-month program, and to both the Rohini campus and live online batches.
How you claim it
One message. WhatsApp +91 76692 49911 or email operations@theviraltrees.com with your name and batch, and the words "refund please". That is the entire process. You will not be asked why.
What you get back
100% of the program fee you have paid us, returned to the account or card you paid from. No deduction for the sessions you attended, no administration fee, no "registration" carve-out. Government taxes are refunded to the extent the law allows us to reclaim them.
How long it takes
We initiate the refund within 3 working days of your message. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically lands within 7–10 working days from there. We'll send you the reference number when we initiate it.
The one fair condition
You need to have actually attended the sessions you're judging us on. The guarantee is there so you can evaluate the teaching — not so the fee can act as a free option on a program you never showed up to. Attend the sessions, then decide either way. That's it.
After the window
Once you continue past your third session, you're enrolled for the program and the fee is committed — because your seat is one of eight, and we've turned away the people on the waitlist to hold it for you. Genuine exceptional circumstances are handled case by case, in writing, by the founder.
