Placement claims are the most dishonest part of this industry. So this page is written the other way round: first what we will not promise you, then exactly what we do. Read it, then hold every other institute on your shortlist to the same standard.
We will never tell you
- ›"100% placement guaranteed." No training institute in India controls hiring decisions. That sentence is marketing, not a commitment.
- ›A placement percentage we can't show you the working for.
- ›An average salary figure inflated by one outlier we keep quoting.
- ›A "hiring partner" logo wall of companies that have never hired one of our students.
What we actually commit to

The seventh path nobody lists
A meaningful share of our students never apply for a job at all. They finish with a portfolio, our SOP and audit templates, and enough confidence to sign two or three retainer clients of their own — often starting with a business they already know. If that's your plan, say so on the counselling call and we'll shape your project work around client acquisition instead of interviews.

Portfolio build
We help you package the campaigns you ran into a portfolio an interviewer can open: objective, what you did, what happened, what you'd change. Client-sensitive figures blurred where required.
CV and LinkedIn rebuild
Rewritten around the work, not around the course. Recruiters in this field scan for platforms, budgets and outcomes — we make sure yours are visible in six seconds.
Mock interviews
Three rounds in the 6-month program, run by people who have sat on the hiring side of this exact interview. Including the case question almost every agency asks: "here's a broken account, what do you do first?"
Openings and referrals
Six years in Delhi NCR means we know agencies, brands and venue groups who hire. Relevant openings go to our batch first, with a referral from us attached where we can genuinely vouch for you.
First refusal on our own roles
When The Viral Trees hires, we look at our own students before posting the role publicly. Several of our team joined this way — it is the cleanest possible signal about the training.
Support doesn't stop at the end date
If you haven't landed a role when the program ends, you stay in the support loop — interview debriefs, portfolio revisions, and openings as they come in. We don't close your file because a calendar month ended.
